Information on your device

The app stores workout history, programme selections, preferences and Premium status locally to operate your sessions and display your workout log. This workout information is not sent to the developer. The app does not request your location, record GPS routes or connect to Health Connect.

Google Play purchases

The app uses Google Play Billing for the optional one-time Premium purchase, purchase acknowledgement and restoration. Google processes payments under its own policies. The app receives purchase information to verify your entitlement; the developer does not receive your payment-card details. There is no developer-operated purchase-verification server.

Advertising, analytics and testing

The app has no advertising, third-party analytics, third-party crash-reporting service, app account or developer cloud sync. The legacy tester-reporting integration is disabled in this version and does not send session data. Google Play may process installation, billing and test-related information under its own policies. Technical billing result diagnostics may be recorded locally on the device for troubleshooting, and are not automatically sent to the developer.

Support requests

If you email support, the developer receives your email address and information you choose to include. That information is used to answer the request and resolve the issue, and retained only as needed for support or legal obligations. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or purchase tokens. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the same address.

Retention and deletion

Local app information remains on your device until you remove it. Android Settings → Apps → Coach Time: Running → Storage → Clear data removes local settings and history. Uninstalling also removes app-local data. Google Play purchase records are controlled by Google and are not deleted by clearing app data. See deletion instructions.

Children

Coach Time: Running is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13.

This is general fitness training, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
